Never before have my kids asked for an extra side of ..... apples! They both woke up the next morning asking for some too. Hmm, this or sugary cereal for breakfast? I vote for apples! Thanks for the recipe! Submitted by:

The whole family loved this and was amazed it was sugar free. I sub'd an 8oz can crushed pineapple for the 14 oz tidbits and juice to save on carbs/sugars and used 3 kinds of apples (jazz, granny smith and golden delicious). I also mixed 1/4 cup of chopped pecans into the salad. Submitted by:

This was very good! I didn't have the pineapples, I forgot to buy them when I went to the store, so I used a cup of sugar free apple juice, and it was very good using the juice. I will go get the pineapple and try it with that the next time, to see if there is any difference in taste... Submitted by:

This was so easy, and absolutely delicious!! I used fat free, sugar free pudding mix and fat free cool whip. I also changed the pineapple tidbits for crushed pineapple - just as a preference. My kids LOVED it, and it satisfied my need for sweet. I will definitely make this again!!! Submitted by:

OMGOODNESS! This is AMAZING! I made it last night w/ 3 Granny Smith, 1 Jonathan, & 4 MacIntosh. I made it w/ pineapple according to directions, but have to admit that I used regular Cool Whip. Yes, it changes the calories/fat, but so worth it & really NOT much difference. Love it! Love it! Submitted by:

First recipe I've tried from Sparks. I loved it! I did use regular pudding, though as I hate sugar free after taste. Submitted by:
