This was a big hit at our house! I got 6 dozen cookies from this. I used a teaspoon to put clumps on the cookie sheet and then flattened them with the bottom of a custard cup (put a little sugar in one custard cup, coat bottom of another custard cup with cooking spray, then dip it in the sugar).
