Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used milk in place of the soy milk and Splenda in place of the sugar. For the sprinkled sugar, I used Xylitol. I also used light, spreadable butter. I had to add more than 1/4 cup of milk to get the batter to form. I put 3-4 white choc chips on top of each scone. (A tad dry but good w/ coffee.) Submitted by:
