Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Used the Splenda/brown sugar blend and they are delicious!! Only 4 WW Pts plus. Very similar to the flaxseed, wheat and bran muffins, but a little different with the coconut and pineapple! Submitted by:

Made these muffins tonight. Used 1 cup of sugar instead of splenda. Made 19 muffins and they were awesome. It's hard to believe they are under 150 calories! Will definitely make these again, but i think i will try dried cranberries as well. Submitted by:

Shame. So many Splenda recipes... you do know that artificial sweeteners can slow your metabolism, right?
Just use 3/4 cups sugar.
