Good stuff! Relatively easy-just some chopping. Very tasty and filling. It is also low on the dreaded carbs. Thanks for sharing. Submitted by:

Pretty tasty! Miss my breakfast burritoes, but this has so much less greasy and extra calories! Submitted by:

Very tasty! I did do things a bit differently as I didn't have time to chop an onion and didn't have other veggies on hand that would be very good. I added 2tbsp of fat free re-fried beans and then added salsa. It was so good this morning, I think I'm going to do it again for dinner! Submitted by:

Made with Ole whole wheat tortilla wrap, 68 calories, or a 90 calorie Whole wheat Italian Herb Flatout. .Ground my own pork loin into sausage. Used fat reduced cheese blend. Lots of veggies, spinach, was very good. Submitted by:

Loved these! A few things we learned: found some low-carb tortillas that were lower in calories; 1 serving of Jimmy Dean sausage crumbles is enough for 2 rollups; more veggies and spice; liberal use of salsa. Submitted by:

It sounds really yummy and I do something similar. I eat mine on an Alternative bagel (110 cal .5 fat and 8 gm fiber) quick, filling and lots of fiber! Submitted by:

Eliminate sausage, use egg SW substitutes, 1/4 cup chopped veggies, onions, spinach, non-fat cheese, salsa and I use Mrs Dash southwest chipolte seasoning when cooking the eggs, an OLE high fiber tortilla (12 gms) low carb (5), warm tortilla in micro for 18 secs, fill. Chop veggies ahead & store Submitted by:

I would really love to try this, but before I can I have to know: out of 10.7g of total fat, only 4.6g are accounted for on the nutritional breakdown. Do you know where the other 4.6g of fat are hiding? (I generally forgive a 1 or 2g discrepancy, but one that large raises red flags for me. help.) Submitted by:

Thanks for sharing this. I make something similiar, except DH will nor eat egg substitute, (neither will I, LOL), so we use real Omege 3 eggs, also DH cannot eat turkey because of gout, so we leave out the turkey, and use Canadian bacon - also we use low fat cheddar cheese, Very Yummy! I would use the low fat shreaded cheese to make it lower in fat. Submitted by:

Sounds delicious and healthy - but I'd go for a nonfat and leaner sausage option, way less cheese (and nonfat) and healthy wholegrain wraps instead of regular flour tortillas. Submitted by:

Just a suggestion: Use a La Tortilla Factory low-carb whole wheat tortilla for additional fiber and taste. It's probably much lower in calories as wel. Submitted by:
