I make this pretty much every day except I add low-fat yogurt. I'm going to try it your way! Although instead of letting the frozen fruit thaw for five minutes I rinse it under warm water to get the outer frost off. Submitted by:

I never made a smoothie before, but I have a freezer ful of frozen berries from the U Pick, so I'm giving this recipe a go. Sounds like a good way to get a sweet pick-me-up without the calories and fat of a dessert! Submitted by:
