The key, for me, is using 2% cottage cheese. It isn't sour tasting or runny like the fat free. I love Breakstones 2%. I always stick mine back under the toaster oven just long enough to make the cottage cheese warm and melty. That makes a BIG difference. Eating this now in fact. yum. :) Submitted by:
