This was awesome! Super easy to put together and didn't take long to make at all. Like some of the others, I served with a tblspn of fat free sour cream and piled on the lettuce and tomato. I froze the rest into individual portions for quick and easy lunches and dinners. Submitted by:

oh my god this was amazing! I added a can of green chilies to make it super extra spicy and it was fabulous! I'm going to have to use some hardcore will power to keep myself away from the pan! This was a filling meal for sure! and low enough in calories that I can have dessert too :) Submitted by:
