I left out the sour cream (which lowers the calorie count, but I really did it because I didn't have any!) and it was still delicious. I ate it over rice, but my daughter wrapped it in a tortilla for a chicken burrito. yum! Submitted by:

this was great, I will deintely make this again, I made it it the oven, cooked at 350 for an hour it was tender and tasty, think I could have left out the sour cream and saved some more calories! Submitted by:
