I modified this recipe quite a bit. It was fantastic. I sauteed diced carrots, celery and onions in a smidgen of extra virgin olive oil & then added the three cans of cream of celery & the one can of cream of potato along with two cans of non-fat milk instead of half & half. Submitted by:
