I thought this was quite good. I didn't have nutrional yeast (nor do I even know what it is yet...newbee vegetarian and cook), so don't know if I altered the taste in any way. I did add a splash of low sodium soy sauce, which gave it a little more depth to the flavor. I plan to make this again! Submitted by:
