While looking for low-cal, GREAT-tasting sweet recipes, I came upon this one...Absolutely fantastic! Prepared the cake mix per the box instructions and added the pudding (in powder form), mixed, baked, sprinkled w/ a touch of contectioner's sugar, and served. The whole family enjoyed!!! I love these bars. So easy so light and so many! Definite do again. The nutritional info is amazing. BTW if you add a lemon glaze using 1 T. butter, 1 cup Powdered sugar and the juice of ! lemon, the bars stay moist and it only adds a couple of calories per bar. YUM Submitted by:
