Great! My husband likes Spanish rice as a side with Mexican dishes, but the packaged stuff has soooo much salt in it! He loved this, so it's a winner. Submitted by:

I did the recipe calculator on this, because I eat rice all the time and it just didn't seem right
this recipe has 266 calories per cup!
