This sounds fantastic! I replaced one cup of the sugar with Splenda to cut even more calories, but I wouldn't dare mess with the other ingredients. Fiber-loaded and really nutritious for a chocolate cake. Thank you!!! Submitted by:

This cake is awesome. I loved it as is, but actually made it with 1/4 c. of unsweetened applesauce in lieu of the oil and also added 1/3 c. protein powder. It is excellent. Has become a staple in my kitchen Submitted by:
