I haven't made it, but it sounds pretty good. I think I'd saute the veggies and shrimp in just a touch of oil and spices and then put it on a bed of spinach with a fat free dressing. I'm amazed at the "bad" ratings just because someone doesn't like peppers. Don't eat it if you don't like them! Submitted by:

I'm going to make this but I'm going to use the frozen bell pepper/onion mix and a fat free dijon viniagrette dressing to lower the fat count, the recipe is a good idea, I wouldn't have thought to add shrimp to these veggies! Submitted by:
