This was so good. My son loved it. Great to come home to a comfort food after a long day. I only had one chicken breast in the freezer and used that, it was great! Thanks!! I redid the cals with using low fat/low sodium everything so it was a little lower. Submitted by:

I used spinach and cauliflower and also added a half can of diced tomatoes w/chiles. (Next time I'll use a whole can and maybe mushrooms.) Kids added hot sauce and/or creole seasoning; I thought it was OK as is. Next time I might use blue cheese too! Must find a way to keep the sodium down, though. Submitted by:
