Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I was out of flour (how does that happen?) so I substituted heart healthy bisquick for the four, soda, and powder and they came out just fine. Didn't add sugar, bananas and raisins were sweet enough for me. Submitted by:

Very yummy. My family loved them. 2 muffins was a very good filling breakfast...I made a double batch and it made 18 muffins. They were really easy.
Probably the best thing is that even though they don't have sugar, they're sweet enough to eat without butter! =D

ps.I didn't add any sugar, DEANNA
