How did you get 7 servings of 1 cup each?? Followed recipe exactly, and by the time the kale cooks down, lucky if you get 7 servings of 1/2 cup each. That really changes up the calorie total. Am I the only one getting this??? Submitted by:

i have been juicing and making the mean green drink. it leaves with a ton of juiced kale that is perfect for this. the kale is already chopped and I just add a little veg. stock. i also drain and rinse the beans to cut down on the sodium Submitted by:
