mmmmmm this was delicious! I made the snickerdoodle version. Quick and easy to make and very delicious. Only had wholewheat flour and some walnuts and made a wholewheat walnut cookie and it tasted so delicious. Using wholewheat flour, 2% milk, 2g of walnuts and 2tsp Splenda (instead of brown sugar) the total calories were 107 Cal per cookie. Submitted by:

I haven't tried it yet. A one serving cookie recipe is a good idea. Maybe if at the end of the day (when I get the nibblies) and I have leftover calories, I could go for this. It's quick and easy and I'd bake it in the toaster oven so I don't have to turn on the stove's oven for just one cookie. Submitted by:
