Made a version of this tonight and it was a hit. Blanched broccoli and snap peas with red bell pepper tossed in for color. I used Newman's Lite Sesame Ginger Lowfat Dressing which is what I had on hand. I love recipes with less than 5 ingredients. Thanks for the idea. Submitted by:
