I was cautious about trying this one. I used the filtered water, spinach and a frozen banana (had no berries on hand, so skipped that ingredient) and added Dr. Aaron Tabor's Unsweetened Vanilla in Vogue protein shake--pleasantly surprised--delicious way to start the day.(for shake add 20g protein) Submitted by:

I used kale the first time I made this it's what I had on hand, very good I added 2 tablespoons of nonfat powdered milk but other wise used what was listed - GOOD - Thanks ! Submitted by:
