I like a bit more in my meatballs so I added finely chopped onion and red pepper and a bit of low sodium soy sauce and garlic. I added enough water to the reserved pineapple juice to equal 1 1/2 cups. I preferred that with so much vinegar and brown sugar. Very easy and very good! Submitted by:
