is it really 730 calories???? That is about 500 more calories than what I should be eating for breakfast. Submitted by:

REALLY GOOD! I didn't have a cast iron skillet, so I poured the apple mixture into a cake pan and then baked it. This worked well though I lost some of the butter and sugar. Note the recipe calls for 2 eggs and the nutritional info is only for egg whites. Submitted by:
