Really, really good - I put it on my carrot cake. I omitted the lemon zest. Not a skimpy little portion either. I used the low-fat brick kind of cream cheese (not tub). I omitted the lemon and used only vanilla, butter, cream sugar and 2 cups of icing sugar. You can also add OJ or milk to thin down the consistency. Amazing on carrot cake!	Submitted by: GORDONBE (2/20/10) report inappropriate
