Fabulous! I substituted yams, used boneless chops, and a sugar-free hot cider packet instead of pre-made cider. Whole meal was fabulous - chop was deliciously juicy and tender, loved the apple and onion mixture though I was surprised by how much of it the recipe made! Submitted by:
