I made this with low-fat cream of chicken soup and light sour cream. It turned out great. My husband and kids really enjoyed it. Stuck it in a flour tortilla and threw a little pico de gallo and shredded cheddar on it. Yummy! Submitted by:

It was super easy to make, I used chicken thighs that I removed all fat from. It delicious, not too spicy for hubby who had 2nd helping. We served with brown wild grain rice. Submitted by:
