I've been using this recipe for a couple of years now. Today, we used it in a nutrition lesson about junk food (everything in moderation and how to make a small change in a recipe to make a big difference) with students age 5-16. Everyone, my husband, workmates or friends has loved these. I do rinse the beans very well. I use organice beans. I add 1 tsp of vanilla, handfull dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts. They are amazing! Fiber and Protein!	Submitted by: DANIROME (3/25/10) report inappropriate
I've made these a few times and they really do work. I've been just pouring the whole can into the blender and buzzing it. I'll try rinsing and filling the can with water next time. I made them for the football team. These were nice and easy to make. Though I am going to have to try the other bean brownies because I would lose 50 calories that way.
