I do not recommend using whey protein. It's just sludge that the gov't decided. to feed feed us. It pollutes our rivers and is toxic. I suggest Pea protein. Surprisingly not overly milky! Nice way to get in some more protein if you've having trouble getting the proper dose. Just sweet enough without being too sweet. Submitted by:

Very yummy! Had it for lunch today to try it out. My son has been asking for smoothies and I wanted to find one quick & easy, and also be able to give him some extra protein. Will have to shop the whey protein in the future but for now will use what our store had. Very good. Submitted by:

I loved the idea.. but protein powder is expensive, and honestly, i don't know which one to buy...
but i did everthing except the protein and i added a little plain yogurt GREAT STUFF
