Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I added a bit of garlic powder and black pepper to mine before baking. I found it to be tasty, but a bit too salty. I did also find it a bit watery although I squeezed out the spinach. Next time I'll try draining the cottage cheese - maybe that'll help with both the salt and water. Submitted by:

Spinach is so good for you and my mother makes it all the time. It sounds delicious plus such little calories. Submitted by:

This was really good & hubby liked too. I added grated nutmeg, black pepper & only a dash of salt. I squeezed my spinach, but next time I will squeeze even better. Could have baked it a few more mins. to get a little browner for more appeal. Will definitely make again! Submitted by:

Very good. I added more onions than the recipe called for, and used fat free cheeses to make it even healthier. I also added in some cumin and some nutmeg for added flavor. Will definitely keep experimenting with because it's a great, hearty meal! Submitted by:
