Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good! I added a little ground black pepper & lemon juice to the seafood mixture while it was cooking and also used Parmesan instead of Swiss cheese. I also used fat free cream cheese (because that's what I had in the fridge) & cooked it at 425d for 18 mins and it turned out great! Submitted by:
