I love these 'crackers' & I don't find it helpful that people diss them by commenting on the calories or fat. Our brains & hormones depend on fat to function properly, fat is not the enemy in our diets, use moderation & intelligence instead of condemnation. Crisps don't affect blood sugar levels. I used 3 cups of Parmesan cheese, and added about a 1/4 cup of water to make the cheese stick together a little better when I put them on the pan. I also added some sea salt to the mixture. Next time I think I am going to add a little mozzarella cheese to mix it up a bit, so many options! Love it! Submitted by:

If you are a carb counter,this is a great way to form a taco shell and just line it with a lettuce leaf and fill with your favorites. Also after u form the cheese, u can fill with omlet stuff or whatever. Submitted by:
