Nutrition & Calorie Comments

My Atkins hubby gives really high praise - tastes just like pizza. I do, however, change to reg cream cheese instead of FF. Also, the nut facts seem off in the calculator - the amount of mozzarella appears to be misfigured. I also use no salt tomato sauce and add spices instead of pizza sauce Submitted by:

We love pizza but the crust is always a problem when you're watching carbs. This recipe is awesome and delicious! I actually didn't have cream for the crust mix, so I tried using plain yogurt and it turned out just great! Thanks! Submitted by:

I just recalculated, using the right decimal amounts, did not include meats or vegetables and for 12 servings this is what I got

I thought this was delicious. This is the first low carb pizza I've made. I made the crust with half mozz, half sharp cheddar, because i didn't have enough for the cup on top if I didnt do that. And I also didn't have any pizza sauce, so I used a 2/3 of the cute little italian tomato paste. Yum! Submitted by:

I am amazed! This recipe is quite the treasure! Yummo! My fiance is diabetic so he rarely gets to satisfy his pizza cravings. When I made this low carb version he couldn't stop raving about it. This will be a favorite in our home for sure! Submitted by:
