I used Healthy Request Cream of Chicken, only 1 cup sour cream, eliminated the butter. I increased the cheese to 2 cups, but I used shredded colby/jack. My calories, when I put it in the recipe calculator were just under 250 per cup serving. It was delish! Definitely a keeper! Submitted by:
