This was DELICIOUS!! I used 1% cottage cheese and low fat cheddar. My version ended up being 137 calories 5g's of fat. I also added a tablespoon of dijon mustard and some hot sauce to the liquid mixture. Very tasty :) Submitted by:

This was excellent. It could have been a bit cheesier, however that could very well be my fault. I used low fat cheddar...and low fat never melts as nicely. Still a keeper!! Submitted by:
