I used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt (this one is sweetened with Splenda) and cut 20 calories per serving out of it! It's a keeper! I'm getting more 1/2 cup containers and making a bunch to have on hand when I get a sweet craving! Submitted by:

I used frozen blueberries instead of strawberries. I also used a frozen over-ripe banana that I defrosted in the microwave for just a few seconds . It made a nice afternoon treat. I used low fat yogurt but might use non fat yogurt also. Submitted by:
