I made this and it was delicious! The spiciness was just perfect!However, word of warning - if you are trying to make a low carb soup, do NOT add shitake mushrooms!!! I did at first and then was was aghast to learn how any carbs they have! I also left out the bamboo shoots to save carbs. Submitted by:
