I think that this recipe is fabulous. I am a diet coke lover (only drink it on special occasions). It is fun to incorporate it into a dessert. My only problem was getting the cake out of the cake pan without falling apart. I just put it into a bowl and served with no-sugar fat free ice cream. This was easy and cured a chocolate fix, I used chocolate cake and diet Dr. Pepper. I topped it off with strawberries and fat free cool whip, and felt like I was cheating it was so good!
