For something with so few calories, it's got a pretty good flavor, thanks to the marinade...however, I'm not sure that I'd call it unbelievable. Will definitely make it again, though. Submitted by:

The sodium is actually much less since you discard the marinade. You need a lot of sodium for a marinade to brine the chicken. Submitted by:
