I tried whey powder instead of milk powder and didn't add any other sugar. I added some sesame seeds for extra nutrition and I added chocolate chips and Skor bits instead of dried fruit as I'm not big on dried fruit. The cookie base ended up tasting a bit odd - could be the whey. Very heavy. Submitted by:

Very good. Thinking of replacing the nonfat dry milk with mix for protein drink. That will elimante the need for added sugar and will up the protein. Will make again

I made this recipe this morning, and three of four family members ate it happily. My daughter will probably join the rest of us the sixteenth time I make it if she follows her usual ways. I used real sugar instead of Splenda, and subbed chocolate chips for the raisins. I'll try fruit next time. Submitted by:
