Warning: most tortillas have trans fat, even though they say 0 grams. Look for "hydrogenated" in the ingredients list. Trader Joe's had tortillas that do not. I use those for my mexican dishes instead. Submitted by:

ok so where is all the sodium coming from?My guess is the chicken strips and creole seasoning. That is a TON. I am going to try to revamp this and make it less.. but it looks like a really tasty dish- I will be trying it this weekend Submitted by:
