My daughter has been making a rendition of this in the toaster oven for years. we use the 2% sharp shredded cheese and add a slight dab of Fat Free sour cream. Anything with sauce & cheese rates in our kitchen! Submitted by:

I make these all the time (i usually use some low-fat mozzarella for the full 'pizza' experience - and add in mushrooms, garlic and other pizza toppings), but they're yummy, low fat, lo cal and satisfying! thanks for sharing! Submitted by:
