This is the first time I've made enchiladas, but they were fanstastic! I will definatley be making these again. The only thing I changed was I substituted low fat/fat free/ low sodium versions of the ingredients just to make them a bit healthier. Absolutley Awesome!!!! :D Submitted by:

This is super great. Its so low in calories, you can eat 2 and still have side dishes too! My whole family LOVED IT! Its become a once a week recipe in our house Submitted by:
