Took this to a Memorial Day cookout, and got raves! Instead of the olive oil/lemon dressing, I combined vanilla WeightWatchers yogurt and raspberry fat-free salad dressing, so the slaw was a little sweet. Used pecans since I had no walnuts on hand. Thanks for sharing! YUMMY! Submitted by:
