Nutrition & Calorie Comments

to make this recipe vegan I used 1 TBsp ground flaxseed and 3 TBsp warm water mixed and set aside for the egg whites and used almond milk in place of the skim milk. Everything else I kept the same. Next time I will try it without the brown sugar. My husband loved them! Submitted by:

We just had these for dinner. I used egg substitute instead of whites and added blueberries and it was ABSOLUTELY DELISH! We had veggie sausage patties to accompany & used sugar free maple syrup. Hubby adored them--and we WILL be having these again! Submitted by:

Great recipe! I have never been able to make a good pancake, but these turned out light and fluffy and I love that they are so low in calories :) Submitted by:

I thought these were pretty good. It felt good using healthy ingredients. However, I didn't get 5 servings out of the batter by using the 1/4 cup as a measure for each pancake. Maybe could have used more liquid. If you end up with less servings, make sure you adjust the calories in your tracker! Submitted by:

These were so good!! I made quite a few substitutions. I used only whole wheat flour, unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, and omitted the salt. Thanks for sharing :0) Submitted by:

This was delish! Like Sparkpeople user EMSEGUIN, I subbed vanilla soy milk and unsweetened applesauce and added a dash of cinnamon. To add some fiber, I also subbed in one tablespoon of ground flaxseed for wheat flour. No spray was needed for the griddle, either. Mmmgood! Submitted by:
