Ingredients

    Rotisserie Chicken, 10 oz
    Chili Powder - Tone's, 3 Tbsp
    Hot Chili Peppers, 2 Peppers
    Black Pepper (Gound), 1 Tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 Tbsp
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium, 1 Cup
    Tomato Juice - Campbell's (Low Sodium), 64 oz
    Kidney Beans - SnW (Low Sodium), 3.5 Cup
    Ready-Cut Tomatoes - SnW (No Salt Added), 1.75 Cup
    Green Giant Mushroom Pieces & Stems, 1 Cup
    Coors Light Beer, 6 oz
    Granulated Garlic, 1 tsp
    Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
    Ground Pepper Flakes, 3 Tbsp

Directions

Remove skin and bone from 1 rotisserie chicken and cube meat.

Add 10 oz of chicken with all other ingredents into crockpot and slow cook for 4 hours.
