IntroductionMmmm, garlic. Mmmm, garlic.
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
* Garlic, 6 cloves, sliced
* Spinach, fresh, 2 package (10 oz)
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomato, seeded and diced
* Salt, 1 dash
Add garlic, sautee until just slightly brown, about 2 minutes.
Add spinach, sautee for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, sautee until all spinach is tender, about 2 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
