IntroductionOur grandkids just love to have these pancakes in the morning when they have a sleepover at Nama & Papas' home. In fact, they named the recipe. Our grandkids just love to have these pancakes in the morning when they have a sleepover at Nama & Papas' home. In fact, they named the recipe.
1+1/3 cup all pupose white flour
3 - tsp baking powder
3 - tbsp granulated white sugar
1 - egg
1+1/4 cup 1% milk
3 - tbsp melted butter, salted
1/4 - tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Optional
In a small bowl, beat egg and add milk
Slowly add mixture to dry ingredients. Add melted butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed and batter is still lumpy. Stir in blueberries (optional). Drop by 1/4 cupfulls on a hot griddle that has been lightly oiled. Cook until they bubbles. Turn only once.
