1 pint of washed, hulled and sliced bl;ueberries
1 pint of water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup of granular Splenda
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Wash, hull and slice blueberries. Put in a saucepan with water, sugar and sugar substitute. Bring to a boil and continue the boil for 1 minute. Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of water. Stir this cornstarch mixture into the blueberry mixture and continue cooking for another minute or until thickened to your liking. Serve warm over Belgian waffles.
