Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Allspice, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1.75 cup, grated (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1.75 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *1 1/2 CUPS SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS, 125 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add milk and oil. Blend into dry ingredients. Fold in pecans, chocolate, carrots and apples. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy.
