Introduction

I wanted to make something with millet and just threw stuff I had cooked already with it and it was SOOOOO GOOD I wanted to make something with millet and just threw stuff I had cooked already with it and it was SOOOOO GOOD
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup millet (dry)
    3oz of chicken, cut in strips or chunks
    1/2 onion, sliced
    5 spears of asparagus, roasted with 1 tsp of EVOO and S&P tp taste
    1 cup of vegetable stock
    1/8 tsp of seasoned salt
    1 tomato, diced
    1 tsp of EVOO

Directions

Brown onions in 1 tsp of EVOO. Add millet and broth. Cook for about 30 minutes according to millet package directions. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned sale and back until juices run clear. Add to millet . Top with asparagus and fresh tomato. Enjoy!
